Engineering Mindset, Strategic Partner

I started closer to sensors than slides. I trained in electrical and embedded engineering and signal processing, worked offshore and built telemetry and downhole systems. That work grew into autonomous systems, then into data and AI products used in the field.

Moving into leadership to close the gap between the field and the office was a natural progression. I have led product and programme portfolios, run strategic marketing, managed a large software development centre for complex simulation, and served as acting business director for a new venture involving new detection instruments, algorithms, consulting and digital capabilities.

Real improvement honours people. It gives them clarity, skills, and space to learn. Technology will keep racing. Our role is to help teams keep pace without leaving anyone behind and to build organizations that win.
